Downsizing Resources
Our Rapid Response Program is designed to assist employers and their employees in the case of a layoff or facility closure. A Rapid Response Team including representatives from the local One-Stop Career Center and from EDD will work with company representatives and employees in advance of the layoff date to develop employment transition services.
