Who can use our services? Anyone who is looking for work, or employers looking for qualified applicants. 

We're one of 14 one-stop career centers throughout Alameda and Contra Costa counties, funded by the Department of Labor and the State of California to provide employment services to job-seekers and employers. 

We're the hub site for the Eden Area Partnership, a coalition of employment and service providers who primarily serve the cities of Castro Valley, Hayward, San Leandro and San Lorenzo.
