From Oakland/Alameda: Take 880 South, exit on Hegenberger Road, heading east and take a left at the Pacific Bell building. The Center is located in the back of the building on the 3rd floor. 

From Highway 24 West: From Highway 24 take Highway 13 south towards Hayward. Continue on and take the I-580 East exit toward Hayward/Stockton. From I-580 take the Edwards Ave. off ramp and continue right on Edwards Ave. Bear right on Sunkist Dr. Continue on Hillmont Dr. Turn left on to 73rd Ave. Continue on to Hegenberger.
