Come by for assistance with Trip planning, Clipper cards, Summer Youth Pass, Regional Transit Cards, (RTC), Job Opportunities, and Paratransit eligibility. Be sure to pick up some cool County Connection swag!  Inform the Receptionist and you will be directed to the County Connection staff, We hope to see you there! For more information, please call AJCC Concord at (925) 671-4500 or County Connections at (925) 676-7500.\nCounty Connection provides fixed-route and paratransit bus service for communities in Central Contra Costa County.\nCounty Connection was formed in 1980 as a Joint Powers Agency under the legal name The Central Contra Costa Transit Authority. Today County Connection provides fixed-route and paratransit bus service throughout the communities of Concord, Pleasant Hill, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Clayton, Lafayette, Orinda, Moraga, Danville, and San Ramon, as well as unincorporated communities in Central Contra Costa County. County Connection operates a fleet of 121 fully accessible transit buses and 63 paratransit vehicles. Service is provided from approximately 6 AM to 9 PM on weekdays, and from approximately 9 AM to 7 PM on weekends.\n \n
