I’m very happy that I had the chance to participate as a Pathways Intern at Youth Radio. I’ve been able to gain full confidence in myself and understand the need for team work, as well as learn skills in Photoshop and beat/music production. I’m proud to say I’m a Youth Spokesperson and a motivational speaker after being trained in the Youth Radio Spokesperson Program. With the help of Youth Radio, I gained my first job experience to put on my resume from my 3 month internship placement at Concept Forty-Seven, a local lifestyle boutique in Oakland.
